Santiago and his family are big fans of Westmoor Park, a 162-acre park that houses a demonstration farm, expansive gardens and three miles of nature trails. Another araction is West Hartford Center, a walkable enclave of restaurants and shops. "It's really nice to be able to have tons of date-night options without having to go far," said Santiago, who is CEO of CompassMSP, a managed services provider. The suburb also is a short drive from the theaters and art museums of downtown Hartford, as well as to points farther afield, including beaches and ski resorts.
