LaJoie is a co-owner and farm business manager LaJoie Growers LLC in Van Buren. Insurance Professionals of Greater Portland, the local chapter of International Association of Insurance Professionals, elected its 2016 offi cers led by Adele Nichols, president; Amee Rice, president- elect; Nicole Glover, secretary; and Heather Caston-Talbot, treasurer. Milestone Foundation, a nonprofi t in Portland that aids individuals with substance use and behavior health disorders, added Christopher Poulos and Ryan Ciriello to its board of direc- tors. Poulos is a recent graduate of the University of Southern Maine School of Law and Ciriello is a business intel- ligence analyst with Martin's Point Health Care. The Maine Seacoast Mission in Bar Harbor added Robert Mancini, Daniel McKay and Stefan Cushman to its board of directors. Mancini is vice president and CFO at Jasper Wyman & Son in Milbridge; McKay serves as of coun- sel at Eaton Peabody and Cushman is a principal in his family's commercial real estate business in Florida. Bill York was appointed to serve as president of the Portland Propeller Club, a maritime business group for the port of Portland. Maine Credit Union League elected Tucker Cole, president/CEO of Maine State Credit Union, to a three-year term as a director of its board of directors. In addition the following were elected to one-year terms: Chair, Richard Lachance, president/CEO, Connected Credit Union; Vice Chair, Kyle Casburn, president/ CEO, Seaboard Federal Credit Union; Secretary, David Desjardins, president/ CEO, Acadia Federal Credit Union; and Treasurer, Scott Chretien, president/ CEO of York County Federal Credit Union. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bath/Brunswick added John Burrell, Sue Descoteaux and Thomas Mahoney to its board of directors and Mary Herman and Tom Stevens to its advisory board.
