Maine Medical Center in Portland hired Paige Teller and Chiara Battelli as co-direc- tors of the hospital's Breast Care Center in Scarborough. Teller is a fellowship- trained breast surgical oncologist while Battelli is a fellowship-trained medical oncologist specializing in breast cancer. St.Germain Collins, an environmen- tal, EHS (environmental, health and safety) compliance and engineering firm in Westbrook, hired Kris Plante as an environmental scientist and Ty Hughes as an environmental, health and safety specialist. Fluid Imaging Technologies, a labora- tory instrumentation manufacturer in Scarborough, hired Frances Buerkens as sales manager, aquatic markets; Kay Johnson as technical customer support associate; Dave Hamel as director of sales, bio/pharma markets; and Steve Northup as software engineer. R. M. Davis, a wealth management firm in Portland, hired Theresa Taplin as personal affairs management adminis- trator and Reid Smith as vice president in its Portsmouth, N.H., office. Maine Association of Nonprofits in Portland hired Jennifer Hutchins as executive direc- tor. Hutchins was previously executive director of Creative Portland. Amistad Inc., a Portland nonprofit serving adults with serious mental illness and other life challenges, hired Brian Townsend as executive director. Townsend most recently served as the assertive community treatment team leader at Catholic Charities. Sevee & Maher Engineers Inc. in Cumberland hired Lisa Turner as a senior project engineer specializing in site investigation and remediation, civil engi- neering, and landfill design engineering. Bristol Seafood in Portland hired Jimmy Davolio as vice president of sales. Davolio previously held similar roles at Celebration Foods and Wise Foods. In conjunction with the hire, Darrell Pardy, co-founder and former president and CEO of the company, announced he will step down from his role as senior vice president of sales but will remain a shareholder and member of the board of directors. Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Portland promoted Todd Beacham to business banking market manager for Maine and Vermont. Beacham was most recently senior relationship manager serving clients throughout Maine and Vermont.
