Do you recognize the American Heart Association in your community?
We are the nation's teacher when it comes to heart and stroke health. We're there every time a
friend, family member, or loved one receives CPR. We did that. We're there every time you visit
a grocery store and read the food labels as a consumer resource. We did that. We're there
every time you visit a smoke-free bowling alley, restaurant or pub. We did that. We're there
every time you breathe clean air on a smoke-free airline. We did that. We're there when you're
on a golf course, in a mall or an airport that is ready to respond to cardiac emergencies with
defibrillators. We did that.
