Volunteer Opportunities Our volunteers collaborate with us in productive and creative ways to enhance organizational capacity, empower our clients and strengthen our communities. Tutoring, providing pro bono professional services and skills training are just a few examples of how our volunteers effect real and lasting change in others. Our staff and the people that we serve truly appreciate and value our volunteers! Our volunteers find their work to be impactful, interesting and tremendously rewarding. Giving Opportunities Ascentria Care Alliance is one of the largest and most dynamic faith-based social service agencies in New England, serving nearly 20,000 persons annually, including children, youth and families; persons with developmental disabilities and mental illness; refugees, including unaccompanied refugee minors; and older adults. We have a vibrant, effective presence in Central Massachusetts, assisting clients with economic, legal and educational challenges. We cultivate hope and confidence through workforce development, education and volunteer opportunities; and stimulate positive transformations by providing people with the tools and resources they need to move forward in their lives.
