Nash has 10 years of experience in structural engineering, project management and construction. Gov. Paul R. LePage hired Holly Lusk as deputy chief of staff and legislative policy director. Lusk was most recently an attorney at Preti Flaherty and prac- ticed in the firm's government affairs, health law and litigation groups. Bangor Savings Bank hired Deborah McPhail as mortgage loan officer serving the southern Maine lake regions. McPhail has over 38 years of bank- ing experience. Penobscot Community Health Care in Bangor hired James Cash as a chiro- practor at Helen Hunt Health Center in Old Town and Taryn Pineo as a physi- cal therapist at Brewer Medical Center. Pine Tree Society, an organization in Bath serving Maine children and adults with disabilities, hired Rich Bothfeld as a clinical audiologist in the organization's audiology department. The Northcross Group, an integration and security firm in Portland, hired Mike Scully as a senior analyst. EMHS in Brewer hired Mike Smith as president of the EMHS Foundation, the philanthropy organization that supports EMHS organizations throughout Maine. Smith has more than 25 years of phi- lanthropy experience. Diversified Communications, an inter- national media company in Portland, hired Anna Diaz as an executive assistant, Jaclyn Buck as a group show administra- tive assistant and Eric Laramee as a sales- force administrator. Diaz was previously with IDEXX Laboratories, Buck with the Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership and Laramee with Borrego Solar Inc. in Lowell, Mass. Lynam Insurance Agency in Bar Harbor hired John Jagger as an insur- ance agent and agency manager. Pineland Farms in New Gloucester hired Mark Shea as venue manager of the Nordic Heritage Center in Presque Isle and the Fort Kent Outdoor Center in Fort Kent. Most recently, Shea was project director for Cary Medical Center. FocusMaine, an Augusta-based organization launched in 2014 to consider Maine's capacity to compete in and contribute to a global economy, hired Kimberly Hamilton as president. Hamilton was most recently chief impact officer at Feeding America. LA Metro Magazine in Auburn hired Pam Ashby as editor-in-chief. Ashby is also owner of PA Graphic Design. Belgrade Regional Health Center hired Aaron Barnard as a physician assistant. Schoodic Institute at Acadia National Park in Winter Harbor hired Don Kent as president and CEO. Kent Most recently, Kent worked at NatureServe Inc., an Arlington, Va.-based non- profit that provides conservation- related data, tools and services. United Way of York County in Kennebunk hired Sarah Hoover as a part-time com- munity impact associate focused on volunteer engagement. Acadia Hospital in Bangor hired John Campbell as chief medical informat- ics officer and director of community services. Campbell was previously interim chief medical officer at Maine Behavioral Healthcare. The Nature Conservancy in Maine, a con- servation organization in Brunswick, hired Leah Gailey as director of devel- opment. Gailey was previously an assistant vice president for college advancement at Bates College. Androscoggin Bank in Lewiston hired Robert Westhoven as vice president, commercial loan officer and Scott Sarapas as senior mortgage loan officer.
