The new office at 101 Cedar St. opened Monday in the building left vacant when Sports Authority closed in 2016, in a plaza including a Lowe's, a picture framing store and mattress store. The health provider's two West Street locations in Milford, totaling just 23,800-square-feet, will now close. Crockett to be Lamaroux Pagano president When President Mike Pagano retires at the end of the year from Worcester architecture firm Lamaroux Pagano, executive vice president Katie Crockett will take over as its new leader. Inc. $64 million Source: Global Partners Historic Maynard theater sold for $475K The historic People's Theatre in downtown Maynard has been sold for $475,000 as the new owners, Summer Street Properties, plan to continue to use the renovated building as office space. The facade of the building displaying the name of the theater has remained, but office tenants now occupy the build- ing, including Kaplansky Insurance. The building was 80-percent leased at the time of the sale.
