Commerce shareholders approved the merger last month. The acquisition closed on Oct. 13. Marlborough tech park sold for $46M The 57-acre, seven-building Marlborough Technology Park has been sold to a property management company for $46 million. The property, previously owned by Concord-based Normandy Real Estate Partners, was sold to Woburn-based KS Partners, a commer- cial property management company. Located on Nickerson Road, the park consists of 586,266-square-feet of office space one mile west of I-495 and Rte. 20. The company is experiencing signifi- cant capital issues due to an investment agreement that has fallen through. It had entered into a securities purchase agree- ment with Dallas investment firm First Pecos, LLC on Aug. 11 in which the company agreed to sell shares of its common stock, preferred stock and war- rants for just over $3 million.
