12 Giving Guide 2017 Worcester Business Journal www.wbjournal.com Ascentria Care Alliance (formerly Lutheran Social Services of New England) Future Goals 1. Leverage and expand our organization and our innovative partnerships to increase collective impact on the communities we serve. 2. Improve the long-term success outcomes for people in transition by filling the gap between safety net services and permanent success. 3. Demonstrate that the services we provide, partnerships we form, and actions we take have a measurable, positive impact on the overall health and wellbeing of the people we serve. 4. Advocate on behalf of the people we serve with government and non-government funders to promote and gain support for our integrated, holistic model of service delivery. 5. Maintain a relentless focus on quality improvement and waste reduction. 6. Grow our private support and our innovative funding models (e.g. social enterprise and program-related investments) so that we can diversify our sources of funding and move away from government support.
