The tract is at 300 Corporate Drive, adjacent to the Hyatt Summerfield Suites and Hilton Garden Inn hotel, and in prox- imity to a pair of Marriott Hotels. Reno Properties Group LLC is list- ing broker. API's Granby renewal Associated Products Inc. has renewed its 2,200-square-foot lease of office and industrial space in East Granby. The moving-supply company has been housed in the 48,000-square-foot building at 29 Kripes Road since 2003. Sentry Commercial represented the tenant as well as landlord Airport Busi- ness Center III L.P. in the lease. QA Architects' new space Quisenberry Arcari Architects LLC signed a lease to relocate its Farmington offices to another space in town, brokers say. The firm, housed at 318 Main St., leased 10,860 square feet at 195 Scott Swamp Road in Farmington, according to Hart- ford tenant broker Colliers International. Siracusa's N. Britain space Siracusa Moving & Storage has leased 3,200 square feet in New Britain. Siracusa leased space at 221 South St. from landlord SL New Britain LLC, said Hartford broker Colliers International. MMC's Bloomfield lease MMC USA Inc., a metals supplier to the power-generation and aerospace industries, signed a long-term lease on an 11,280-square- foot industrial facility in Bloomfield. MMC occupies the building on 1.82 acres at 8 East Newberry Road owned by landlord 8 East Newberry Road LLC. Sentry Commercial represented the tenant. Colliers International represented the landlord in this transaction. Delamar signs florist, tailor tenants Two retail tenants have leased space in West Hartford's soon-to-open Delamar West Hartford hotel at 1 Memorial Road. Robert Dinucci's Lane & Lenge florist shop will occupy 400 square feet, with Bob DeGemmis' Connecticut Custom Clothing Co. signing for 350 square feet when the 114-room boutique hotel opens its doors this summer in Blue Back Square. Lane & Lenge began in 1912 and will design floral arrangements for corporate and social events in the hotel, as well as continuing service to other customers. Connecticut Custom Clothing, former- ly Dressed to the Nines, will move from its Farmington Avenue location occupied the past five years to the Delamar. Connecti- cut Custom Clothing was started in 1916. Greenwich Hospitality Group is landlord. Colliers lists area deals Hartford commercial real estate bro- ker Colliers International was involved in a series of recent property sales and lease transactions in the Greater Hartford region. Colliers was sole broker, except where noted. In Enfield, WE Acquisitions LLC paid $2.9 million for 56 acres of mostly farmland on North Main Street from Jar- moc Farms LLC for future development. At 504 Hazard Ave., MVP Visuals leased 3,089 square feet from landlord 10 Water Street LLC. In Manchester, Blue Wave Display acquired a 28,300-square-foot building at 146 Sheldon Road for $995,000 from seller REP Associates LLC. Lee Matyia repre- sented Blue Wave. In Plainville, DJG LLC bought a 12,500-square-foot building at 25 Jack- son Way for $900,000 from seller Jack- son Way LLC. In East Hartford, David Associates/ AMCO Property Management, of West Palm Beach, Fla., paid $795,000 for the 42,180-square-foot building at 125 McKee St. from seller McKee Realty Co. LLC. At 149 Goodwin St., buyer Joseph Orsini paid seller Celeste Parks $150,000 for the 3,320-square-foot building. In South Windsor, C&G Properties LLC purchased a 2,400-square-foot build- ing at 199 Strong Road for $135,000. Mary- Lou LLC was the seller. In Hartford, Hartford Auto Park LLC bought 19-43 West Service Road from Girardi LP for $450,000. In Hartford, Starock Capital acquired a 9,421-multi-family property at 358-368 Pros- pect Ave. from Mars Realty LLC for $550,000. At 19-43 West Service Road, Hartford Auto Park LLC bought a 7,625-square-foot industrial building on 1.12 acres from Girardi LP for $450,000. At 628 Asylum Ave. downtown, Mohamed Abdo Alkatabi and Mohammad Alkatabi leased 1,548 square feet from MATP LLC. In New Britain, A-1 Holdings LLC sold a 9,718-square-foot self-storage facility at 145 Coccomo Circle to New Britain Drive-Up Storage LLC for $275,000. In Southington, Witchdoctor Brewing Co. LLC inked a long-term lease on 6,000 square feet at 168 Center St., Suite 116, from landlord Factory Square Realty LLC. The space is for brew operations and a tap room. In Meriden, Hartford HealthCare/ GoHealth Urgent Care LLC signed a long-term lease on 5,100 square feet at 496 S. Broad St. n Gregory Seay is the Hartford Business Journal News Editor.
