They are project managers Alan R. Aldag, James L. Fox, Richard E. Loveland, Ilona Prosol, James R. Velleman and Scott P. Waitkus; Lindsay Huff, director of commissioning; and Maria A. Loitz, director of marketing. In addition to maintaining their current roles and responsibilities, the associate principals will take an active role in the overall management of the firm. BVH also promoted four engineers at its Bloom- field office to senior engineers: Matthew Chait, Ste- phen Paro, Stephen Prusaczyk and Daniel Caporizzo. Halloran & Sage announces partner's return Halloran & Sage has welcomed back partner Carl Ficks Jr., who joined the firm in 2000 and returned in March after having spent the past three years as vice president of corporate and donor relations for the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain. He has resumed his practice full-time, serving primarily as outside counsel, legal advocate and counselor to businesses ranging from construc- tion and material supply companies to those in the maritime industry. CHR announces senior vice president for adult services Coleen Dobo was named senior vice president for adult services at Windsor-based CHR, a nonprofit behavioral healthcare agency. She succeeds Stan Schapiro, who retired. Dobo will oversee CHR's personalized services for men and women with mental illness and addictions, including outpatient care and community-based ser- vices such as housing and recovery support services throughout central and eastern Connecticut. Dobo, a licensed clinical psychologist, joined CHR more than 15 years ago and until recently was a ser- vice director overseeing outpatient care for adults in Enfield, Bloomfield, Hartford and Manchester. Chrysalis CEO named president of Advanced Behavioral Health board Sharon L. Castelli, CEO of Chrysalis Center Inc. and Chrysalis Center Real Estate Corp. in Hartford, was elected to a two-year term as president of the board of directors for Advanced Behavioral Health, a nonprofit behavioral health management com- pany that specializes in administrative services. Chrysalis Center is a private, nonprofit that serves individuals and families living in Connecticut. Cashman + Katz adds two to team Cashman + Katz, a Glastonbury integrated communications firm, has hired Mike Turner as senior art director- digital and Talia Cohen as digital and media coordinator. Turner joins Cashman + Katz from Cannondale Sports Unlimited, where he served as the senior manager of digital marketing. His art design experience includes working as a digital designer for Timex Corp. Cohen will work in the digital and media buying departments and joins Cashman after graduating from Quinnipiac University in December. Seiger Gfeller Laurie LLP adds three attorneys Three litigation attorneys and two staff members have joined the litigation law firm of Seiger Gfeller Laurie LLP in West Hartford, with Gerald L. "Jerry" Garlick and Linda Clifford Hadley named partners and Craig M. Lovely named an associate. Paralegal Ellen Rohner and Emily Dwelley have joined the firm as administrative support. The litigators were formerly with Krasow, Gar- lick & Hadley LLC. Garlick focuses on commercial litigation, in- cluding representing banks, title insurance com- panies, corporations and individuals. Hadley focuses on representing national and community banks, other nonbank lenders and small to medium-sized businesses. Lovely practices in foreclosures and collec- tions, creditor's rights and real estate. The Hartford announces digital and customer experience officer, middle market chief The Hartford has appointed Bruce Shuman as chief digital and customer experience officer and A. Morris "Mo" Tooker as head of its middle market segment, which provides comprehensive commercial insurance coverage for midsize and larger businesses, associations and organizations. Shuman fills a new position and will lead efforts to design, build and manage digital experiences, based on a customer-driven research agenda. Shuman returns to The Hartford where he was responsible for leading digital teams in personal lines and enterprise marketing. Most recently, Shuman was with Travelers, where he held leadership positions in enterprise e- business and operations. Tooker remains chief underwriting officer for the company's property and casualty business- es. Prior to joining The Hartford in 2015, Tooker served as president of General Reinsurance Corp. and was responsible for the company's global property and casualty reinsurance business. Federman, Lally & Remis adds to tax staff Ulupi U. Shah has joined the tax staff Feder- man, Lally & Remis LLC in Farmington. Shah was previously a staff accountant at T.M. Byxbee Co. PC in Hamden.
