The Travis Mills Foundation, a non- profi t in Hallowell formed to ben- efi t and assist wounded and injured veterans, announced that Amy Line, Steven Prescott and Andrew Silsby were selected as board members. The Maine Insurance Agents Association in Hallowell elected Michelle Ibarguen chairwoman of its board of directors. Ibarguen is president/branch manager for Cross Insurance–Augusta. VNA Home Health Hospice in South Portland said that Ann Phillips was accepted as an advanced professional member of the Aging Life Care Association. Phillips has been practic- ing as an aging life care professional since 2014. Town & Country Federal Credit Union in South Portland announced its offi cers for 2016-17 including Jane Torres, membership director with Portland Country Club, chairman; Kevin Powell, retired, vice chairman; Paul Chamberlain, treasurer; and Josh Fi eld, account executive with Clark Insurance Co., secretary. In addition, Powell and Wilfred Couture were re- elected to the credit union's board of directors. [ A C H I E V E M E N T S ] Spurwink, a nonprofi t in Portland that provides behavioral health and edu- cational services for children, adults and families, recently awarded the 2015 Rosser Award to Debra Bunce, direc- tor of clinical supervision; Nathanna McGivney, regional director Cumberland County outpatient and community services; and Charles Pray, a special edu- cation teacher at the Lewiston Auburn Day Treatment School. Stephen Thompson, an orthopedic sur- geon at EMMC Sports Health in Bangor, served as co-editor-in-chief of the seventh edition of "Miller's Review of Orthopaedics," a foundational ortho- pedic resource for medical residents and practitioners. e Maine offi ces of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England were named a Platinum Award win- ner by the Cartus Broker Network for their performance during the past year. The Maine Crafts Association, a non- profi t in Gardiner promoting the work of Maine's craft artists, named Elizabeth Busch as the 2016 recipient of its Master Craft Artist Award and Tammy Knight, development manager of the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development's Maine Made Program, as the recipient of its 2016 Craft Supporter Award. Sunday River Resort in Newry won the HKD I AM a Snowmaker Award, presented by Ski Area Management Magazine for demonstrating snow- making capabilities and experience levels. Resorts submitted a video to highlight its snowmakers and the winner was decided by an online vote. Cumberland County 9-1-1 Supervisor Melinda Dyer was selected as the 2015 Communications Offi cer of the Year by the Maine Sheriff's Association. Dyer has served as an emergency 9-1-1 offi - cer and supervisor for 10 years. Crown Equipment in Caribou won Best in Show for large booths and Aroostook Milling Co. in Houlton won Best in Show for small booths at the 36th annual Northern Maine Agri- Business Trade Fair in Presque Isle. Robert Allen, senior vice president, wealth management at UBS Financial Services in Bangor was included in Barron's Top 1,200 Financial Advisors list for 2016. Allen, rated second in Maine, appeared on the list for the fi fth straight time. Maine Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association selected King Middle School Athletic Director Harry Madsen as the 2016 Excellence in Middle Level Athletic Administration Award winner. The Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development selected Amanda O'Brien as its Victoria Hilliard Donovan Award.
