HEALTH • Spring 2016 25 DANA LEVENSON is now president and CEO of Southgate at Shrewsbury and Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A former investment banker, Levenson served as chief financial officer for the city of Chicago from 2003-2007 and most recently worked as the CFO of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. He lives in Worcester. PAUL L. JEFFREY was named chair of the Eastern Medicaid Pharmacy Administrators Association, a nonprofit group of representatives of Medicaid pharmacy programs in northeastern states. Jeffrey is a pharmacy director in UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine division. He also serves as director of pharmacy for MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program, where he provides clinical support and has developed programs in behavioral and mental health as well as opioids and pain management. KAREN REILLY was named director of clinical services at Care Solutions Inc. in Westborough. Reilly, who has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years, is a certified dementia practitioner. She has experience with direct care delivery in acute and long-term care. She holds a nursing degree, summa cum laude, from Anna Maria College. She lives in Shrewsbury. KEITH R. KIRKLAND was elected to receive a second three-year term as a community member on the investment committee at the Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts, a nonprofit HMO. He is vice president of commercial lending and services at Southbridge Savings Bank. AVA JO COLLINS is chief operating officer of Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She comes to Worcester from a 20-year career at Ochsner Health Systems in New Orleans, where she was most recently COO and vice president of operations. Collins earned her bachelor's degree in medical technology from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe and a master's degree in healthcare administration from Tulane University in New Orleans. Saint Vincent's former COO Deborah Bitsoli is now the president of Morton Hospital in Taunton. JOEL BARRERA was elected chair of board at MetroWest Health Foundation, a healthcare funding provider in Framingham. An eight- year veteran of the board, Barrera is the deputy chief of staff for cabinet affairs in the Office of Governor Charlie Baker. He lives in Natick. TIMOTHY M. BIBAUD was elected as a director at the Health Foundation in Worcester. He is the first justice at Dudley District Court and the founder of Dudley Drug Court, the first drug court in Worcester County. Before being appointed to the bench in 2010, Bibaud was an assistant district attorney for more than 20 years and served as the central district court supervisor. He also ran and founded the gang and organized crime units at the court. ANTHONY EMERSON is now a director at the Health Foundation in Worcester. He is the CEO of the IC Federal Credit Union in Fitchburg, one of the state's largest credit unions. In addition to Fitchburg, IC Federal Credit Union has branches in Ayer, Leominster, Westminster and Worcester. KAREN WILLIAMS was appointed to the Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc.'s board of directors. Williams is the senior director of UMass Medical School's Disability and Community Services, and since joining UMass has developed solutions to operational and policy challenges for public clients. She has a bachelor's degree from California State University and a master's degree in social work from Boston University. Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. is a nonprofit offering services to the elderly and the disabled in Worcester and 14 area communities. STEPHEN HILBORN joined the general surgery department at Harrington Physician Services in Charlton earlier this year. A member of the American College of Surgeons, Hilborn most recently worked at the Center for Wound Care Healing in Brattleboro, Vt. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. THOMAS CANTO now works at the Wound Care Center at Harrington in Charlton, part of Harrington HealthCare System. He joins Harrington from Baystate Wing Hospital and brings 28 years of experience in general surgery to the practice. Canto, who specializes in varicose vein treatment, is a graduate of the Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C. He has worked in several hospitals in Virginia and the Carolinas. THOMAS JOHNSON has joined the Wound Care Center at Harrington in Charlton, part of Harrington HealthCare System. He has more than 20 years of experience, most recently at Baystate Wing Hospital.
