Campbell currently serves as vice president of services for the consulting fi rm Louis Berger and as a partner at Lexden Capital New England. Spurwink, a non- profi t in Portland that provides behavioral health and educational services, hired Abby Peck as director of annual giving and special events. Peck was previously director of special events at Hetrick- Martin Institute in New York City. Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick hired Shannon Coray as director of volun- teer services. Coray has more than 25 years of experience in account man- agement, marketing, sales, customer service and fundraising. Friends of Casco Bay, an environmen- tal organization in South Portland, hired Ivy Frignoca as Casco baykeeper. Frignoca was most recently with Conservation Law Foundation. Morang was the beverage manager. e city of Portland promoted Sally DeLuca to director of recreation and facilities management and Toho Soma to director of public health. DeLuca was interim director of recreation and facilities manage- ment while Soma was acting director of the public health division.
