How have you adjusted to the rapid growth? It's been very challenging. Our success is due to finding and retaining quality employees that take pride in our company and the work. Do you have plans to hire additional employees? Yes. What can we expect for 2016? We are exploring more community projects with schools and hospitals allowing us to continue giving back to Maine. Do you have plans to hire additional employees? Yes, we will be hiring additional employees in several key areas in 2016. What can we expect for 2016? We anticipate that 2016 will be a dynam- ic year for InterSpec. In addition to growth within our core product lines, we will be launching a new informa- tion based product in January that will be a game changer for the build- ing product manufacturing market.
