What were the key factors in your company's growth? We're creating a Disney experience for veterinari- ans and their pet owner clients, and unlocking significant new value for our category. How have you adjusted to the rapid growth? We have been able to con- sistently grow our business, while also significantly improving service levels and meeting higher levels of industry accreditation. Do you have plans to hire additional employees? Yes, we intend to hire 50 new full-time employees in the next 60 days. In total, we expect to have added 150 full-time positions in 2015. What can we expect for 2016? Innovative new services, exceptional service and significant value cre- ation for our partners, customers and clients. Vets First Choice will have a significant impact in driving better health outcomes for patients in 2016. We have six core values that our team is trained on: Safety, respect, quality, communi- cation, availability and organization. What were the key factors in your company's growth? We've grown from $2.08 million in 2012 to pro- jected revenue of $4.75 million on an average project size of $3,100. We have served 1,500 customers so far this year alone. How have you adjusted to the rapid growth? In four years, significant resources and strategy development have been focused on streamlining and perfecting a scalable operation that results in both high customer satisfaction and profitability. Do you have plans to hire additional employees? Yes, we do. We are eyeing expansion in sales, project management and with additional crews. Some of these jobs will pay $40,000 to $85,000 per year. What can we expect for 2016? We are reviewing expansion beyond our service area. We will increase alloca- tion to marketing, specifically video, and new inventory management sys- tems. We will expand our facility and invest in efficient equipment to cre- ate a new division of services. In addition to our traditional services expanding into a larger geographic footprint, our consulting practice has estab- lished a national presence through organic growth and hard work. We've grown through new clients and new markets. How have you adjusted to the rapid growth? We've made sure that we have the resources available to pro- vide the skills and expertise and efficiencies that our clients expect. Do you have plans to hire additional employees? We continue to hire people as the business supports it. In all likelihood, we'll need to bring in new accountants and consultants and people who support them. What can we expect for 2016? Putney's mis- sion is to make pet health care more affordable for pet owners and to help veterinarians treat more pets by developing affordable FDA- approved veterinary generics of expensive brand name medicines. What were the key factors in your company's growth? A key factor in Putney's growth has been gaining FDA approval for 10 new veterinary generic drugs. How have you adjusted to the rapid growth? Three years of hiring. We've nearly doubled in size since 2012. That has necessitated a move to larger premises. Do you have plans to hire additional employees? Putney will continue to hire new team members to support the commercial growth of the busi- ness and the R&D requirements for new product development. What can we expect for 2016? We expect recent product launches to drive additional revenue growth in 2016. We are committed to R&D and we will continue to develop and launch the pet medicines that veteri- narians and pet owners want most — FDA approved veterinary generics of expensive brand medicines.
