The Maine Section American Society of Civil Engineers awarded the inaugural Kitty Breskin Project Award to the Kitty Breskin-Muscongus Bridge Project for its use of technology and its contribution to infrastructure in Maine. e society also honored Katy Bouchard of VHB in South Portland as its Young Engineer of the Year; Amy Floren of HNTB in Westbrook as Citizen Engineer; and Dan Bouchard, of Louis Berger in Portland, and John Kuchinski, of Harriman in Auburn, as its President's Award winners.
