drive, forgiving each other's weaknesses,
and utilizing each other's strengths. If you
treat your employees like family, work
together, and treat the customer as the boss,
you better your chances of succeeding.

the state of your company today and its
achievements in the last year?
We are positioned to succeed and grow.
The business has reached new heights
by recently adding a hardware division,
expanding into new territory, embracing
new technologies, and hiring new talent. He
would say we have come a long way, but we
have never wavered from our roots and core
values.
What is the biggest challenge to your
business in the coming year?
The market place is very demanding. As a
small business, we have little room for error.
Every customer interaction is priceless. We
compete globally every day. Our challenge is
to remind our current and potential custom-
ers the reasons why they should shop with
us and why small business matters.
