For almost 50 years we have strived to provide honest quality automotive repair. Our name is on the sign, and that means something. For us it's honesty, integrity, and caring about your vehicle and your safety. Our customers become our friends; we take care of their children and grandchildren. What would your founder say about the state of your company today and its achievements in the last year? My father is a man of few words. I know that he takes pride in the fact that not only me but his grandchildren are continuing to grow his dream and vision. He'd look at me and say, "I'm proud of ya kid." What is the biggest challenge to your business in the coming year? Like a lot of family businesses, the big- gest challenge is the family dynamic itself. Working with family is tough but rewarding. There are rules at home and different rules at work. Keeping work professional and home life separate can be challenging. But together we work together toward a common goal. What are the family values of your business, and how do they help you remain competitive in the market? At PCS, we're not satisfied until we've solved your technology and business chal- lenges with an optimal solution customized to the distinct needs of your organization. This attention to detail for each and every client, and our close relationship with our vendor partners, is our competitive edge in this market. What would your founder say about the state of your company today and its achievements in the last year? PCS is celebrating 25 years in business in 2014. The credit for this milestone goes to every dedicated employee. PCS continues to rank in the top percentile in each of the mar- kets we serve, and the hard work and loyalty of the team is why we grow every year. What is the biggest challenge to your business in the coming year? Our challenge is to stay in front of the technology and prove to our clients that PCS is their partner and trusted advisor in this tangled world of technology. We continue to improve, learn, and be open and honest with our clients, as we have for 25 years.
