LaCroix's largest undertaking is a construction project exceeding $100 million for a Fortune 500 company. She has built a reputation for detailed, customer-focused project management, with clients requesting her by name for subsequent work. Her projects have spanned corporate, nonprofit, and educational organizations across Central Massachusetts. She credits her ability to read people and situations with helping her manage client relationships and partnerships while keeping projects moving.
