Johnson joined Kelleher & Sadowsky two weeks after graduating from college in 2016. His most prominent deal began with the idea to sell One & Two Chestnut Place, a roughly 220,000-square-foot office complex formerly occupied by Fallon Health. The property was sold to Synergy Investments and is being transformed through the largest office-to-residential conversion in Massachusetts, creating more than 190 housing units. Johnson has built his business around a willingness to handle transactions of all sizes, including office leases ranging from 120 to 25,000 square feet. A former golf course caddie and scholarship recipient, Johnson serves on the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund Alumni Committee, helping raise money for Massachusetts golf course workers attending college or trade school. Since joining Green Leaf Construction in 2025, Keating has helped streamline how the company manages construction of Frank Webb Home showrooms. She collaborated on new tools and standards covering procurement, quality control, communication, document management, and client involvement, then put them into practice on a showroom project in Queensbury, New York. The changes improved the schedule, reduced added costs, and strengthened communication. Earlier at Consigli Construction, Keating helped manage a complex project inside an occupied facility, coordinating design teams, subcontractors, materials, and building systems. She takes particular pride in preventing material delays from affecting the project's schedule or cost. A former WPI basketball player and assistant coach, Keating continues mentoring young athletes and supports St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School.
