Conaghan helped launch a video banking service in 2021, making Main Street Bank the first financial institution in its market to offer the service. The operation has grown from one full-time employee to four and averages 250 inbound calls monthly. She created and leads an internal User Experience and Advisory Group. In two years, the group has identified more than 40 opportunities to improve customer experiences, resolving seven. Conaghan led the implementation of a customer survey program yielding an early net promoter score of 87.07%. Since May 2020, the bank's average Google review score has risen from 3.4 to 4.9. Conaghan serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity of North Central Massachusetts and volunteers as a mentor for the United Way of Central Massachusetts Women's Initiative Dollar $cholar program. She teaches financial literacy at local schools and organizations. What one life lesson do you most want to pass onto the next generation? Be curious about people; everyone has something to teach you. Who helped you the most in your professional journey? Ellen Dorian, my mentor and manager. Graduating from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and Wharton Leadership Program 4 0 U N D E R F O R T Y Caitlyn Correia, 38 President & CEO, BlueHive Exhibits and Continental Woodcraft, LLC, in Worcester Residence: Sudbury College: Endicott College Caitlyn Correia has helped transform her family's trade show business from a regional company into a national operation. Since 2022, BlueHive Exhibits has grown revenue by more than 34%. Correia oversaw the company's 2023 expansion to Las Vegas, where its operation has grown into a 50,000-square-foot facility offering production, warehousing, engineering, and project management. In 2025, she led the acquisition of exhibit company MyDisplaySource, further expanding BlueHive's capabilities. Correia, who became BlueHive's president in 2021 and succeeded her father as CEO in 2024, has worked in nearly every area of the company. She helped Continental Woodcraft earn certification as a woman- owned business through the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office. Correia supports Veterans Inc. in Worcester, serving on the planning committee for its biennial gala and supporting fundraising efforts throughout the year.
