We Cater All The Moments That Matter Beer & Wine Haylee Ouellette, 27 Program director, Seven Hills Foundation, in Devens Residence: Worcester Colleges: Worcester State University; Framingham State University Haylee Ouellette went from an unpaid high school intern to leading a $1.2-million human services program serving more than 40 people. Ouellette joined Seven Hills Foundation full time in 2017 and became a program director in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2024, she took charge of a struggling day habilitation program serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including clients with complex medical needs. Under Ouellette, the program has increased its client census by more than 30%, exceeded its fiscal 2026 revenue expectations, stabilized staffing, and earned a zero-deficiency accreditation outcome from CARF International, a first for Seven Hills in more than a decade. She leads a multidisciplinary team of nearly 20 employees. Ouellette launched and coached a Special Olympics Massachusetts volleyball team in Milford that won gold at the state games. Be respectful, have empathy, and stay humble. 4 0 U N D E R F O R T Y Dr. Chintan Patel, 39 Chief of urology, Saint Vincent Hospital, in Worcester Residence: Northborough College: Brown University Dr. Chintan Patel has turned Saint Vincent Hospital into a regional leader in a robotic procedure for treating enlarged prostates. Patel established Saint Vincent's Aquablation surgery program after the hospital became among the first in Massachusetts to acquire the technology. He has performed more than 300 Aquablation surgeries, the most of any surgeon in Massachusetts, while Saint Vincent has become New England's highest-volume Aquablation center. Patel travels nationally to teach surgeons and hospital systems how to implement the technology. Patel became chief of urology in 2024, overseeing the department's clinical functions and efforts to improve quality and safety. His work includes minimally invasive treatments for urinary incontinence, and his research career includes more than 30 published or presented scientific projects. Outside the hospital, Patel gives free educational talks to seniors at community organizations and volunteers with his wife and daughters at Cradles to Crayons.
