Civittolo has played a key role in the fi rm's Connecticut practice, supporting its signifi cant growth and expanding its presence in the SBIC market. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career? My biggest professional accomplishment has been contributing to the growth of our Connecticut Financial Services prac- tice, helping more than triple revenue in under four years. This refl ects a sus- tained commitment to the SBIC space, strong team development, consistent delivery of high-quality client service and strengthening the fi rm's reputation in the market. How are you involved in the community? I am actively involved in recruiting and developing talent within the fi rm, including mentoring team members as they take on increased responsibilities. I also participate in industry organizations such as the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and attend SBIA confer- ences nationally to stay engaged within the private equity and SBIC community. What do you like to do outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young sons. I follow sports and enjoy fi shing, boating, golf and spending time at the beach. I also value time with family and friends, espe- cially during the summer months.
