What's one of the biggest profes- sional challenges you've overcome? Navigating the path to partnership at Robinson+Cole demanded not only technical skill, but the ability to lead, mentor and contribute to the firm's long-term success. Overcom- ing that challenge strengthened my perspective as both an advisor and a leader, shaping how I approach my work and support others navigating similarly demanding paths. How are you involved in the community? I serve on the board of trustees for Hartford International University for Religion and Peace, and as a member of the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Southwest New England. I previously served on the boards of directors of KNOX, Inc., Longmeadow Educational Excellence Foundation and Long- meadow Montessori Internationale. K athleen E. Dion focuses her practice on providing coun- seling and dispute resolution advice to colleges, universities, inde- pendent schools, child care centers and organizations serving children and youths. In addition, she has a nationwide practice litigating complex civil cases and defending individuals and companies in white-collar crimi- nal matters. Dion chairs the firm's interdisciplinary Education Industry team and is a member of the Business Litigation group and Internal Investigations and Corporate Compliance team. What have been your biggest profes- sional accomplishments so far? My practice has been marked by successful litigation results and professional recognition; however, the work I find most meaningful is advising clients through complex challenges with strategic judgment that aligns legal risk management with business goals and avoids litigation. What's the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally? Equally meaningful to me is developing and mentoring talent across the firm by supporting growth opportu- nities, increasing visibility and helping others step into leadership roles through coaching and my involvement in the firm's Women of Whittlesey group. What's the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally? My next goal is to continue evolving in my role while remaining active in mentoring, board service and community engage- ment. I aim to help my team leverage AI and advanced analytics in marketing, establish clear growth paths and support the firm's long-term vision and success. What's one of the biggest professional challenges you've overcome? One of my biggest professional challenges occurred after I returned to a corporate environment, following over a decade as an entrepreneur, when the pandemic rapidly changed how we worked and communicated. The fast pace and uncertainty required flex- ibility, clear communication and resilience. I drew on my entrepreneurial experience to adapt quickly and collaborated closely with firm leaders to ensure clients and teams received timely, accurate guidance. M argie Craig is a marketing and communications executive who drives business growth through brand and effective go-to-mar- ket strategies. As chief marketing and communications officer at Whittlesey, she leads initiatives that advance the firm's growth and long-term objectives. Craig is recognized for clear storytelling, simplifying complex ideas and building collaborative, high-performing teams. She holds a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in accounting from Skidmore College, a master's in liberal studies with a concentration in the arts from Wesleyan University, and an M.A. in experiential health and healing from the Graduate Institute. What have been your biggest profes- sional accomplishments so far? My proudest professional accomplish- ment is being named Whittlesey's first chief marketing officer and building the firm's marketing and communications strategy and team from the ground up. I lead a high-performing team and partner closely with firm leadership to strengthen the brand and drive growth.
