What have been your biggest professional accomplishments so far? As a leader in Accenture's Health and Public Service Technology Practice, I have delivered solutions improving resident interactions with government services and transform- ing patient care through technology. As lead of the Technology Devel- opment program, I hire, train and steward new talent, strengthening Accenture's Technology Practice and building Hartford's technology market. My next goal is shaping how Accenture clients leverage emerging technolo- gies, especially GenAI, while evolving our technology curriculum through entry-level talent strategy. By influenc- ing client roadmaps and upskilling our workforce, I aim to ensure teams are AI fluent and consistently deliver high-im- pact outcomes across industries. Each transition demanded learning new skills, building trusted relation- ships, and adapting quickly. By consistently pushing beyond my comfort zone, I accelerated my growth, strengthened my leadership capabil- ities, and achieved sustained profes- sional impact across roles, industries and organizational environments. How are you involved in the community? I serve on the Connecticut Health Coun- cil and am a past board member of the Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame.
