Lynch Group, a fam- ily-owned holding company in Bangor managing several businesses in trans- portation, logistics, data management and commercial real estate, hired Matt Borden as vice presi- dent of finance. Great Diamond Partners, a financial planner in Portland, hired Stephen Poulos as a senior financial advisor and Mark Doehla as a portfolio manager. Poulos was with HeadInvest while Doehla was at H.M. Payson. The city of Bangor hired Carollynn Lear as city manager. Lear was previously with the IRS in the Office of the Taxpayer Advocate. MaineHealth in Portland hired Alex Keuroghlian as chief of MaineHealth Behavioral Health and chair of psychi- atry at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center. Keuroghlian previously served as the Michele & Howard J. Kessler chair and director of the Division of Public and Community Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor hired Marcel Casasola and Fatjon Hoxha as pulmo- nologists. Both doctors specialize in caring for patients with lung, breath- ing and sleeping conditions. Avesta Housing in Portland hired Jennifer Hawkins as president and CEO. Hawkins most recently served as presi- dent and CEO of One Neighborhood Builders in Providence, R.I. Sebago Technics, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm in South Portland, hired Shannon Stone as director of employee experi- ence. Stone was senior HR business partner at HCA Healthcare in Portsmouth, N.H. KidsPeace, a private charity based in Schnecksville, Pa. with numerous Maine locations that is dedicated to serving the behav- ioral and mental health needs of children, families and communities, hired Ashley Calle as vice president of development and commu- nications. Calle was previously com- munications manager at Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation. The Maine Center for Entrepreneurs in Portland hired Eric Waters as CFO. The Maine Center for Entrepreneurs in Portland promoted Elissa Pike English to integrated marketing, systems and operations specialist. The city of Portland promoted Phil Doughty to IT director. Doughty was previously IT system administrator. Saint Joseph's College of Maine in Standish added Bernice Bradin, Mark Duval, Margaret Hourigan, Alan Lapoint, Dan Marques, Nate Martell and Sally White to its board of trustees.
