Bringing more than 45 years of experience to Mirick O'Connell, he will center his practice on trusts and estates, specializing in elder and special needs and disability planning. Prior to his current role, Mascali was a solo practitioner and previously served as counsel to Bourget Law Group in North Falmouth and New York-based Pierro, Connor & Strauss. MORIAH CUMMINGS has been hired as an associate for the firm's estate and environmental law group. ANDREW LECHNER has been hired as an associate in Mirick O'Connell's real estate and environmental law group at the firm's Westborough office. Oxford-based bankHometown has promoted KIMBERLEY HENRICHON to senior assistant branch manager based at the bank's Millbury office. Henrichon began her banking career as a teller in 1989 at Millbury Savings Bank, which merged with bankHometown in 2019. She has held a number of retail and customer service roles within the bank throughout her 35-year tenure. Henrichon studied business at Quinsigamond Community College and Becker College, both in Worcester. ANTHONY WILSON has been named director of operations of the Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg, Leominster, & Gardner. In his new position, Wilson will manage the club's day-to-day operations, program development, and community relations. Previously, Wilson has worked with Fitchburg Public Schools, Boston-headquartered MassHire, and UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester.
