The nonprofit's board has named Tameika Miller its new CEO, effective Oct. 30, 2024. She is replacing Lisa Caruso, who served in the role from July 2022 to January 2024. Miller currently serves as executive vice president of member engage- ment and communications for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven was created in 2022 following the merger of the Boys and Girls Club of New Haven and the Ulbrich BGC of Wallingford and North Haven. The Orthopedic Associates of Hartford has hired Dr. Matthew Pina as an orthopedic hand surgeon. Pina earned his doctorate of medicine from Boston University and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Connecticut. Shelton-based Iroquois Gas Transmission System announced that Scott E. Rupff has been appointed president of the Iroquois Pipeline Operating Co., effective Jan. 1, 2025. Jeff Bruner will retire as president at the end of the year, after 32 years with the company. Bruner was president since 2013. Rupff is currently the company's vice president of marketing, devel- opment and commercial operations. He was appointed vice president at Iroquois in 2003. In other moves, Paul Amato, currently vice president of engi- neering, operations and environment, health and safety, will be promoted to senior vice president of operations effective Jan. 1, 2025. Kimberly Pritchard, currently general counsel, will be promoted to senior director of legal services and general counsel, on the same date. CONNSTEP, a Hartford-based manufacturing consultant, has named Rick Mullins its new director of service delivery. In this role, Mullins will lead the delivery of grants, projects and training programs. He will create and implement program strategies for service delivery and direct a team of consultants responsible for delivering cybersecurity, continuous improve- ment, quality, energy and sustain- ability, workforce development and advanced technology solutions. Josh Kornberg has been appointed vice president for development at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. Kornberg succeeds Deborah Roth- stein who had served in this position for the past nine years. In his new role, Kornberg will be respon- sible for providing leadership and strategic vision to all aspects of the Hartford Foundation's fund development activ- ities, which includes launching new development campaigns. Kornberg most recently served as the executive director of the Caesars Foundation of Floyd County in New Albany, Indiana. Hartford energy consulting firm Titan Energy has added three new employees as part of a growth strategy. Courtney Rice joined as director, marketing and communications; Paige Dostie as renew- able energy business development manager; and Lauren Tsui as market support analyst. Rice will lead the strategic communica- tions and corporate marketing initiatives. Dostie will be respon- sible for developing new commercial and industrial sales opportunities. Tsui will help drive new growth opportuni- ties to Titan Energy's electricity and natural gas procurement operations. Glastonbury-based communications firm CashmanKatz has hired Emanuel Vargas as senior digital art director. In his new role, Vargas will focus on delivering web design, user experience and digital content for clients. Beth Mazza, executive vice presi- dent of Hartford Federal Credit Union, has been elected to nonprofit Harc Inc.'s board of directors. Harc provides support for individuals with intellectual and related disabilities and their families. At Hartford Federal Credit Union, Mazza oversees branch operations, lending, IT, business development and marketing. Tameika Miller Scott E.
