In his role, Sampson will focus on developing new mortgage business and ensuring clients receive tailored mortgage solutions. Previously, Sampson served as senior vice president mortgage consultant at UniBank in Whitinsville and as senior loan originator at Main Street Home Loans in Hingham. Workers Credit Union in Littleton appointed PETER FREDERICKS as a financial advisor in the Retirement Planning and Investment Center. Fredericks has 30 years of financial industry experience, helping members with long-term investment and financial stability goals. Previously, he worked as a financial advisor at Missouri- based Edward Jones and Lincoln Financial Securities. Fredericks studied economics at the University of Pittsburgh. WILLIAM GUILFOIL has been appointed senior vice president of lending at IC Credit Union in Fitchburg. Guilfoil will provide executive leadership and drive strategic initiatives to broaden lending capabilities and strengthen its market position. Previously, Guilfoil served as senior vice president of residential and consumer lending at Lowell Five Bank in Tewksbury. He brings more than 25 years experience in residential, consumer, and commercial financing. Hanscom Federal Credit Union in Littleton promoted two executives to senior vice president. MICHAEL FEOLA has been promoted to senior vice president of IT operations and infrastructure. Feola joined Hanscom in 2022 as assistant vice president of infrastructure and was named vice president of infrastructure and applications in 2023. He previously spent 16 years at Commonwealth Financial Network in Waltham. SEAN KILEY has been promoted to senior vice president of risk management. Prior to joining Hanscom in 2018 as vice president of risk management, Kiley served as the director of enterprise risk management at Cognition Financial in Boston. He previously worked at KeyBank, headquartered in Ohio, as vice president of operational risk and control. OGLA YASINNIK was promoted to partner at accounting firm AAFCPAs in Westborough. Yasinnik is a leader in the firm's community impact human services and community development practices, and she has a developed focus in helping nonprofits. She has led AAFCPAs lease standard implementation task force. MOVERS & SHAKERS JERRY CAPONE has been re-hired by Oxford-based bankHometown as branch officer of the bank's Lancaster office. With more than two decades of experience in banking, Capone previously worked at Shrewsbury- based Central One Federal Credit Union as a lending specialist and served as branch manager at TD Bank, Athol Savings Bank, and Southbridge Savings Bank. Capone graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner with his associate degree. ABIGAIL DAVISON has been hired as junior content specialist at Northborough-based marketing agency Vision Advertising. In this newly created role, Davison will create content for client's social media platforms, assist with graphic design projects, and capture and edit photos. She previously interned at the agency and graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston with a bachelor's degree in graphic design.
