August. With over three decades in banking, Mary has a strong
track record of guiding organizations toward growth and
innovation. Under her visionary leadership, Country Bank has
flourished, adapting to the evolving needs of its diverse
customer base. Mary fosters a culture of collaboration that
empowers her team of over 200 members to excel.
Passionate about community engagement, she leads by
example in championing more than 1,200 hours of community
service hours annually from Country Bank team to support
local organizations. As a respected leader, she delivers
superior value to customers and team members alike.
