Grondin & Sons offers that environment. The supervisors really get me as a younger person who has not worked around big equipment, and they are very willing to work with me to learn the industry. I enjoy coming to work! I knew people who worked for the company prior to accepting the job. I had heard that the company had a family focus and that is exactly what I have found. As a foreman I enjoy training new employees. I had some great mentors when I started and I want to help others grow with the company.
