Hatt was previously with Camden National Bank. Murray Plumb & Murray, a law firm in Portland, hired Nicholas Bernate as a senior associate in its litigation group. Previously, Bernate was a shareholder of Clement, Fitzpatrick & Kenworthy in Santa Rosa, Calif. The Pine Tree Legal Assistance in Portland hired Tom Fritzsche as executive direc- tor, effective Sept. 6. Fritzsche was previously executive direc- tor for the Milk with Dignity Standards Council. The Diocese of Portland hired Mike Sullivan as development director. Sullivan was development officer for omas College in Waterville. General Dynamics Bath Iron Works in Bath hired Ray Steen as vice president, human resources. Steen was previously Senior Director, Human Resources at the Armaments and Energetics line of business at Ordinance and Tactical Systems. Maine Community Bank in Westbrook hired Anna Astvatsaturian Turcotte as senior vice president, director of compliance. SKILLS, a nonprofit organization based in St. Albans that provides services for people with intellec- tual and developmental disabilities, hired Kristin Overton as executive director. Overton, who has 15 years in nonprofit leadership roles, was COO for Spectrum Generations. Spectrum Enterprise in Portland hired Lou Davenport as sales man- ager of its enterprise sales team. The Maine Crafts Association and Shop Maine Craft hired Alison Godburn as executive director of both organizations.
