Summit contributes to employees' Health Savings Accounts for those en- rolled in a high-deductible plan. And the company allows up to $500 to be rolled over for a health care Flexible Spending Account. In 2020, Summit allowed a $1,000 rollover on both the health care FSA and dependent care FSA. Fun programs include PEAKS (Pio- neering, Excellence, Agility, Kindness and Safety), which allows employ- ees to nominate one another for recognition and financial reward. The Blue Flame P r o g r a m i s a just-in-time rec- ognition program from leaders to their teams. The Bridge Program aligns new hires with current team members to assist with assimilation. Throughout the year, team lunches are organized. But every- one takes a break every mid-day to eat and gather. The Augusta office hosts a Halloween party in typical years.
