What's been your biggest professional/work accomplishment so far in your career? In 2019, PeoplesBank took part in a merger with First National Bank of Suffield. I was instrumental in bringing together the corporate cultures of the two banks. The most challenging part of any merger is melding the cultures together with open, honest and transparent communication which I was able to provide.
