As Assistant Vice President Security & Facilities Officer, Figueroa protects the organization by mitigating fraud and keeping customers' information safe and has made significant recoveries. Figueroa has challenged himself by taking on a project management role in building the company's new administrative building and retail locations. Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty: 1. Made bank history by being the youngest person promoted to bank officer at the age of 27. 2. Created educational programs on elder abuse, scam avoidance and financial fraud presented in English and Spanish. 3. Selected by the American Bankers Association as an emerging bank leader and was featured in an ABA video project highlighting the diverse people and careers in banking. 4. President of the Connecticut Loss Prevention Association, leading a membership of more than 150. What's been your biggest professional/work accomplishment so far in your career? I advanced from a teller position to an assistant vice president position despite having no previous banking experience. My sheer determination, drive and natural leadership abilities paved my path to success. Windsor Federal's leadership was instrumental in this rapid growth by providing continued mentorship along the way. J enny Gaffney is a Senior Project Manager for Disney's Media and Entertainment Distribution segment leading processes for all of ESPN Digital, which reaches over 100 million users every month. Gaffney is on Disney's Women + Tech leadership team and served on the ESPN+ launch team. She has an MBA and advanced business certificates in both human resource management and project management from the University of Connecticut. She has a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Cumberland University. Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty: 1. Project Management Lead for ESPN Digital, responsible for setting and leading processes for the software development of all things sports. 2. Internal Operations Lead for all of Disney's Women in Tech group. Previous co-lead for the ESPN Women in Tech Board. 3. 2020 and 2018 Connecticut Women of Innovation Finalist in the Large Business Innovation & Leadership Category. 4. Won Cumberland University's 2020 Rising Phoenix Award, celebrating young alumni who display outstanding leadership qualities and exceptional career achievements. What's been your biggest professional/work accomplishment so far in your career? Serving as Release Coordinator for the ESPN+ launch was the most exciting night of my career.
