Tyler Technologies Inc. in Yarmouth announced that Aidan Blum Levine, Sarah Hagan and Frazier Dougherty were the top three finishers in the "2021 Tyler Technologies Maine App Challenge." Levine, of Deering High School, took first place for creating Oops! I Forgot!, an app that provides students a way to stay organized and keep track of school assignments, classes and activi- ties; Hagan, of Cape Elizabeth High School, finished second for The Book- shelf Elf, a tool to help middle school students choose books that inter- est them to encourage independent reading; and Dougherty, of Yarmouth High School, placed third for Train ME, a workout app that focused on high intensity interval training. Forbes, in partnership with the research firm Statista, included Town & Country Federal Credit Union in Scarborough and New Dimensions Federal Credit Union in Waterville in its annual list of "Best Credit Unions by State." The Maine Justice Foundation in Hallowell named Charles Dingman of Kozak & Gayer PA as its "Howard H. Dana, Jr. Award" winner; Jennifer Bailey of Immigration Legal Advocacy Project as its "omas P. Downing, Jr. Award" recipient; and Sara Murphy of Pierce Atwood as its "New Lawyer Award" winner. All three awards recognize outstanding public service.
