ERA Dawson Bradford Co. in Bangor said that Corenna Quirk was nominated for "Rookie of the Year" honors by ERA Real Estate. Quirk was one of three finalists for the honor after guiding more than $8 million in sales with more than 30 clients in her first year of work. Eastern Maine Development Corp. in Bangor announced that Ken Bloch received the "2021 Betty McDonald Outstanding Member Achievement Award" from the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers. Bloch is the corporation's Maine PTAC program director. The Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce named Fred Ehrlenbach as its for "Citizen of the Year." Ehrlenbach served 12 years on the chamber board, the last two as president. Haley Ward Inc., an engineering, envi- ronmental and sur- veying consulting firm in Bangor, said that Drew Olehowski passed the state of Maine Licensure for Professional Engineers examina- tion. Olehowski is a civil engineer in the firm's Saco office. Spurwink, a Portland-based non- profit that provides mental health, education and residential services for children, adolescents, adults and families, named Cullen Ryan as its "Humanitarian Award" winner and provided special recognition to its Frontline Heroes as part of its annual Humanitarian of the Year event.
