Riding To the Top Therapeutic Riding Center in Windham elected Casey Etter-Bobb as board president; Brandon Cohen, board vice president; Carissa Robb, board treasurer; and Lindsey Lombardo, board secretary. In addition, Tim Graham, Shelby Poduch and Marisa Rossi were added to the board. [ A C H I E V E M E N T S ] University of Maine System announced that Leigh Saufley, dean of the University of Maine School of Law and former Maine chief justice, and Joyce Gibson, associate professor of leadership stud- ies at the University of Southern Maine and former dean of Lewiston-Auburn College, were named to the Maine Women's Hall of Fame. e Edison Electric institute selected Central Maine Power in Augusta as a recipient of its "Emergency Response Award" recognizing recov- ery and assistance efforts of electric companies following service disrup- tions caused by extreme weather or other natural events. e U.S. Small Business Administration announced that RockStep Solutions Inc., a Portland-based company focused on data solutions for the medical industry, was selected as a "Tibbetts Award" win- ner for its accomplishments in creating cutting-edge technologies. Champion the Cure Challenge announced its 2021 Honorees includ- ing: Allen L'Italien, "Honorary Chair;" Marie Stewart-Downing, Mart Lapin and Sienna Probert, "Terry Fox Award" winners; Maine Savings Federal Credit Union, "Corporate Champion;" Healy Chiropractic, "Community Champion;" and Jill Smith, "Volunteer of the Year." Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty, a luxury property company in Portland, said that it retained the No. 1 ranking for 2020 waterfront home sales in Maine based on 338 transaction sides, totaling $350 million in property value according to Maine Listings sta- tistics. e agency also ranked first for property sales over $450,000 in Maine, with 596 transaction sides for total sales of $631 million.
