Schwerin leads the Maine Green Broker team in Cape Elizabeth. The Maine Council on Aging elected Leah Graham as chair of its board of direc- tors. Graham is manager of external and government affairs for Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor. The Maine Community Foundation in Ellsworth elected Lili Pew to its board of directors. Pew works for The Knowles Co., a real estate agency in Northeast Harbor. [ A C H I E V E M E N T S ] Peter Crichton, former Auburn city manager, was named the recipient of the "2020 Linc Stackpole Manager of the Year Award" by the Maine Town, City and County Management Association. Geiger, a promotional products distribu- tor in Lewiston, announced that Laura Levine and Nikki Craig achieved Certified Advertising Specialist certification while Jennifer Haupt, Ronald Seguin and Kathy Timms earned the certification of Master Advertising Specialist. The Portland Water District said it captured the "Distinguished Budget Presentation Award" from the Government Finance Officers Association for its annual bud- get for fiscal year beginning Jan. 1, 2020. Waynflete, a private school in Portland, announced that Hilary Huber Holm received "2020 Drake Award" for out- standing service to the school. Holm has served on the school's board of trustees for nine years. GrowSmart Maine announced the recipi- ents of its third annual Smart Growth Awards.
