Sea Bags, a designer and manufacturer of bags, totes and accessories made from recycled sail cloth, hired Melissa Kenison as wholesale account manager and Shelly Afthim as non-profit manager. OTELCO, a wireline telecommunications services company in New Gloucester, hired Stacey Hassan as director of mar- keting. Hassan was previously marketing director at Atlantic Broadband. e company also hired Benjamin Austin as a system administrator and Rose Giasson as a customer service representative in New Gloucester and Anthony Julian as a techni- cal support technician and Jordan Shain as an OSP field technician in Bangor. The Portland Housing Authority hired Rob Parritt III as resident transition and stabil- ity specialist. Parritt was the city of Portland's homeless services consultant. Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty in Portland hired Jessica Falcone as a vice president. Eastern Maine Development Corp. in Bangor hired Anna Stockman as com- munity planner with its community and business services team, Kim Smith as loan officer with its business lending team and Morgan Rocheleau as a procurement counselor with its Maine PTAC team. Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader in Auburn hired Melissa Guimond. Casco Systems, a con- trol and automation solutions company in Cumberland, hired Brent Willett as a senior technician in its industrial auto- mation group. Willett is an engineer with 35 years of experience in industrial auto- mation systems and process controls. [ P R O M O T I O N S ] The Portland Housing Authority promoted Latoya Hunder to director of resident services. Previously, Hunder was a resident transition specialist. The Lewiston-Auburn Water Pollution Control Authority promoted Travis Peaslee to general manager. Peaslee previously served as assistant superintendent and interim superintendent. Additionally, Jonathan Alley was named a senior vice president in the Downeast and northern markets, including Washington and Aroostook counties; Jill Saucier a senior vice presi- dent in the Midcoast market, includ- ing Hancock, Knox and Waldo coun- ties; Dean Clark a senior vice president heading up the central market, includ- ing Penobscot County; Kari Reynolds a senior vice president leading a new relationship support department; and Lucas Morris was promoted to senior vice president, senior credit officer.
