In the newly created position, Gravelle's role is to implement a high-level training curriculum, including product training and training for new employees. Gravelle has worked in the financial services industry for more than 17 years, with an extensive background in training, development, and operations. He is a graduate of Boston College. KATHERINE GARRAHAN, an attorney and partner at Worcester law firm Bowditch & Dewey, has been named the board president for MetroWest Legal Services, a non- profit providing pro bono advocacy for the poor, elderly and disabled. Garrahan, who was previously the board's vice president, has been part of the group's volunteer leadership since she began her le- gal career. She holds a law degree from Northeastern Uni- versity School of Law in Boston, a joint master's degree in social work and public health from Columbia University in New York, and a bachelor's degree in sociology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. SUZY LANGEVIN is the new director of training and professional development at the nonprofit Open Sky Community Services in Worces- ter, a role in which she leads the Bridge Training Institute, replacing longtime employee Stephen Murphy, who retired. Langevin previously served as director of dual diagnosis services, where she developed a model for services for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She has also been named to the Leadership Worcester Class of 2021. Dr. DAREN BERGMAN, a podia- trist, has joined Orthopedics New England in Hopkinton. Bergman received his doctor of podiatric medicine in 2014 from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a podiatric medicine and surgery residency at MetroWest Medical Centerin Framingham and a fellow- ship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the Weil Foot and Ankle Institute in Chicago. DAVID GINISI of Fitchburg is the new chief marketing officer at Montachusett Home Care Corp. in Leominster, overseeing the organi- zation's efforts across all digital platforms and messaging. Ginisi joins Montachusett from the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, where he was the mar- keting and communications manager. He has a bachelor's degree in communications media from Fitchburg State University. MARIA A. HESKES-ALLARD of Princeton, a senior vice president and senior lender at Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester, has been awarded one of Banking New England magazine's 2020 New England Women in Banking and one of the magazine's philanthropic women in the New England banking industry.
