We provide support and safe haven to people whose lives are affected by domestic abuse. We serve people in a manner that honors their essential worth, nurtures their inherent strengths, and respects their right of self-determination. To this end, we depend on the involvement of our entire community. We will build upon existing partnerships with members of the judicial, law enforcement, and health care systems as we advocate for systemic changes to better support and serve victims. The pandemic has reinforced the critical need for our services by inten- sifying the challenges victims of domes- tic violence experience when planning for safety. At the same time, the broad economic impact has also affected our financial resources. f Sustain: We will prioritize our core services: providing direct support and individualized safety planning free of charge, 24 hours a day and meeting emergency needs while sustaining all other programs. f Innovate: We will utilize technology, social media, and creative strategies to Caring Unlimited works with the community to end domestic violence in York County.
