Kottke manages the organiza- tion's business operations, having presided over four clean audits and implemented new technology en- abling LGH to adapt programming to virtual platforms during COV- ID-19. She prides herself in creating a strong operational infrastructure for her team that supports quality programs and LGH's mission. In her down time, you can usu- ally find Manning on the beach or spending time with her family and rescue dogs. She is pursuing an MBA at Villanova University. After two decades working ev- ery job in the golf industry, McKim set out to found his own company in 2018. He quickly grew Alliance from manag- ing a single asset to overseeing four unique properties, 200 employees, and more than $12 million in assets across its portfolio in only 20 months. Muro has dedicated her career to the non- profit sector and is passionate about creating a future where everyone's basic needs are met. In Muro's six years at Foodshare, she has worked in fundraising, com- munications, advocacy and program oversight. Prior to Foodshare, Muro worked at the Central Massachu- setts Housing Alliance in Worcester.
