They are: Roccy Risbara Principal / Risbara Bros. What he's being honored for: Risbara leads the partnership that is developing e Downs, 500 acres that had been part of the Scarborough Downs racetrack. e development, already well underway, will include much needed housing, retail and an Innovation Park, with space for light industrial companies. e fact that it is close to I-95, Route 1 and fast-growing areas of southern Maine makes it a sort of "hole in the doughnut," ripe for development. Tim Hebert Founder, chairman / STARC Systems What he's being honored for: Hebert already had a growing con- struction firm, Hebert Construction, which was increasingly being put to work on hospital expansions. e work called for barriers between the construction zones and the sterile areas of the hospital. Hebert had the idea of creating a clean barrier between the two areas and, in 2012, a company was born. His team, including the executive team, has grown and the company now has more than 50 employees and has taken over larger and larger spaces at Brunswick Landing.
