BOOK OF LISTS 2020 | 23 COMPANY BRIEF Motorlease Corporation Address: 1506 New Britain Ave., Farmington, CT 06032; Sales offices in NY, MA and PA Year founded: 1946 Phone: 860-677-9711 Website: www.motorlease.com Owner & CEO: Elisabeth Kandrysawtz Product or Service: Fleet Management & Leasing At Motorlease, we put our family business ideals first. That means that we have an intense focus on building relationships, not just with our clients, but with our employees as well. We treat our employees as part of the family, and for our clients, we focus on building true business partnerships. That approach has resulted in both internal and external relationships that span back multiple decades and has been one of the keys to our success. With those strong foundations in place, what truly sets Motorlease apart from other fleet-management companies is our flexibility. Where others often attempt to fit all clients into one size fits all solutions, we take the opposite approach, utilizing our over 70 years of expertise to build solutions around our client's unique situations. As a result, our clients get a program that provides them with exactly what they need, thus allowing them to focus exclusively on their core business. More than anything, our clients want a seamless transaction: If they're not constantly hearing from their drivers, they're happy. They look to us to take those headaches off their shoulders, and place on to ours, and we're happy to do it. Our team is motivated by a constant desire to keep our clients on the road feeling confident, respected, and appreciated. Every member of our staff knows that they have the authority to do whatever it takes to help solve client issues as expeditiously as possible. It's all part of our mission: To provide an extraordinary customer experience. Whether a large fleet or micro fleet, we want to ensure that each and every one of our clients know they matter. Because they do. The community around us also matters. Motorlease is an avid supporter of the Bloomfield-based Foodshare facility. Aside from corporate donations, Motorlease organizes team volunteer days for employees to help Foodshare's mission of striking out hunger. We also support the Farmington Valley Relay for Life and hold fundraising events throughout the year, with proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. Additionally, Motorlease works with the Farmington Community Center to sponsor an underprivileged family for the holiday season, providing them with a complete Thanksgiving meal as well as presents for the children in December. The future of leasing. Our clients' needs are always our focus. For example, the advent of autonomous vehicles may be seen by some as a challenge in our industry. However, we believe that fully autonomous vehicles may be an attractive solution to our clients, allowing them to go further and get more done. The topics of safety and distracted driving will also continue to be top of mind moving into the future. We encourage our clients to equip their vehicles with the latest technology for collision prevention and mobile- phone integration by offering enhanced residual values for vehicles equipped with those features. For more than 70 years the Motorlease brand has been synonymous with quality, providing customized solutions and industry expertise to clients all across the country. Our clients know that when they work with us, we're going to take the time to learn about their unique needs and collaborate to design one of a kind programs tailored just for them. It's an approach that truly sets us apart in the industry, and one that we hope will lead us to another 70 years of success. CELEBRATING 73 YEARS IN BUSINESS FOUNDED 1946 SPONSORED CONTENT
