JAQUELINE DIAS is the new director of the AdCare Boston outpatient office for the Worcester-based substance abuse treatment provider. Dias, a licensed men- tal health counselor, was most recently the director of program services at the Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in mental health coun- seling from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy. ADAM VAREIKA is the new vice president of sub- stance disorder services at Com- munity Healthlink in Worcester. Vareika most recently served as assistant vice president of child and family services for Seven Hills Rhode Island. He has a master's degree in clinical social work from Boston University. Worcester health insurance non- profit Fallon Health has appointed two new leaders for its operations under MassHealth's new accountable care organization program. MICHAEL McCONVILLE of West Boylston has been named the company's relationship execu- tive for MassHealth, with his responsibili- ties including fostering and maintaining close relationships with stakeholders in Fallon's three accountable care organiza- tions. McConville received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Nichols College in Dudley. JO ANN SAVAGE of Worcester has been named Fallon's director of relationship manage- ment for MassHealth to establish and services designed to address their specific needs before, during, and after treatments. She will facilitate the metastatic support group, post treatment support group, and bereavement support groups. SUSAN KESER is the new vice president of net- work development and management at Fallon Health in Worcester. Keser was the director of provider opera- tions at Health New England in Springfield, and has worked at MassMutual Life Insurance Co. and WellPoint Health Networks. At Fallon, Keser leads efforts to develop and sup- port provider partnerships, including the company's three MassHealth accountable care organizations. Dr. AMANDA VITKO has joined Reliant Medical Group's department of family medicine and is now practic- ing at Reliant's new facility at 225 New Lancaster Road in Leominster. She received her medical degree from Tulane Oriol Health Care has hired two new workers. CINDY AYRE of North Attleborough is the new director of dining services at Holden Reha- bilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden. Ayre has worked in health care food service for more than 30 years. JACKIE ROUGEAU of the town of Florida is the new vice president of rehabilitation services for Oriol Therapy Services. She has more than 20 years of experience in the long-term care industry, including founding and serving as president for J. Rougeau Rehab Inc. CHRISTINE ZINKE has been appointed as co-director of in- tegrative care at the Virginia Thurston Healing Garden Cancer Support Center in Harvard. Zinke, a cancer survivor, previously served as the programs director for the Renfrew Center in New Jersey.
