Fougere, of Medway, has more than 25 years of experience as a marketing professional, most recently as senior director of solution management at Epsilon, a marketing services company. In his new role, Fougere leads branding, advertising and marketing initiatives to support 22 offices and more than 500 sales associates. RICH ANZALONE has joined RE/ MAX Results of Hudson. Anzalone has decades of residential real estate experience as an agent, broker and former co-owner of RE/MAX Signature Properties. He is a member of the RE/ MAX Hall of Fame and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Behavioral Concepts of Worcester has appointed two new directors. BRITNEY CATRON has been promoted by Behavioral Concepts to its regional director of Greater Springfield for the autism care agency's new Springfield location. Catron has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's degree in applied behavioral analysis from Bay Path University. She has been at Worcester- based Behavioral Concepts since starting in 2011 as a therapist. KATHERINE LAW has been promoted to assistant director and now leads the early-intervention services for Greater Lowell. She was previously a behavior analyst in BCI's Fitchburg office. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from UMass Amherst and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Westfield State University. CHARISSE MURPHY of Ayer has been named the director of development for YOU Inc., a nonprofit behavioral health and education agency in Worcester. Murphy has a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal justice and a master's degree in human service and leadership from Northeastern University in Boston. She is the former director of YOU Inc.'s community service program. She previously was a development associate at LUK Inc. and is the founder of EmPower ME!, a nonprofit providing education and leadership opportunities for girls in North Central Massachusetts.
