N I G H T L I G H T S NOV 23 - DEC 30 32-unit Sherborn afford- able housing approved A 32-unit housing development with nine homes set aside under afford- ability restrictions has been approved in Sherborn. e development, called e Fields at Sherborn, will be built in a wooded parcel on Washington Street (Route 16) across from Knollcrest Farm, a small cul-de-sac, and near Hopkinton. e Fields at Sherborn, to be built by Trask Development of Southborough, is a so-called 40B development, named for a state law that allows developers to override local zoning if at least one- fourth of the development's units are set aside for affordably priced units. Trask was founded in 1992 by Ben Stevens, a graduate of Harvard University. Former TJX IT executive joins Hanover board A former TJX executive has been elected to e Hanover Insurance Group's board of directors. Kathleen Lane, a 30-plus-year IT professional, will join the Worcester insurance company's board. Most recently, Lane served as execu- tive vice president and chief information officer at Framingham-based retailer TJX Cos. Before that, she was group CIO at National Grid. Lane's election to the board comes about four months aer longtime chair- man Michael Angelini retired. Downtown Westborough building sold for $1.3M A 147-year-old downtown West- borough building has sold for nearly $1.3 million, land records show. e 10,000-square-foot, four-story building at 22-28 West Main St., sold to Welles- ley-based Senusa Group Inc. e mixed-use residential and commercial property, which also offers apartments on the top floors, was formerly the home to David Wheatcro Antiques, but it's unclear when that business closed. e property was sold by David Wheatcro and a land trust to Senusa Group. UMass fined $230,000 for data breaches UMass Memorial Medical Group and flagship hospital UMass Memorial Med- ical Center will pay the state $230,000 aer complaints of two data breaches exposing personal and health records of more than 15,000 patients. Attorney General Maura Healey's office in a complaint said two former employees of the hospital in separate breaches improperly accessed patients' personal and health information for fraudulent purposes.
