In a sale that closed July 31, N&B Re- alty, which is licensed a Bruce Goldie in Framingham, sold the site to Hosokawa Alpine American, an entity registered to a David Nunes of Natick. Centage makes revenue chief Murdock its CEO Natick automated financial soware firm Centage Corp. has named revenue chief John Murdock as its new president and CEO. e promotion of Murdock comes aer a year of the company working under interim CEO Ken Mar- shall, who took over aer the sudden passing of former CEO Barry Clap. Cannabis tester inks agreement with Milford Cannabis tester ProVerde Labora- tories has finally negotiated a host community agree- ment with Milford aer months of what its founder called delays that halted the com- pany's business prospects. Milford selectmen voted 2 to 1 in Sep- tember to approve the agreement, which only calls for cooperation between the town and company and no financial payments. e agreement is a step companies need before they can apply to the state's Cannabis Control Commission for a license to enter the recreational marijua- na market. Co-founder Chris Hudalla told WBJ earlier this month town officials had previoisly been asking for some kind of financial contribution, but state law dictates that a community impact fee must be warranted by an actual impact, with proven documentation.
